Cross Pixel's mission is to provide the highest quality audience data to help marketers improve the performance of their audience targeting campaigns. Cross Pixel is the only fully transparent audience marketplace; our advertisers know the source of the audience data they are targeting. This approach gives our clients better insights, confidence of authenticity, and control around the data powering their online advertising campaigns. Cross Pixel data sources include hundreds of top ecommerce and deep research sites, many of which are exclusive to our program. Cross Pixel is fully committed to data quality, performance and transparency.
Cross Pixel has developed partnerships with hundreds of leading ecommerce, transactional and information websites, enabling us to harvest over 3.4 billion data points per month on 240 million active web surfers. The platform includes audiences across the entire purchase funnel, including the research, consideration and buying phases. Our data can be purchased in predetermined segments through our partners' interfaces or we can create and build custom segments on a highly granular level. Cross Pixel also offers a search retargeting program that enables advertisers to deliver advertising based on previous keyword searches. All of our data is harvested from searches that take place on our partner's websites, as well as from all of the referring search engines and directories. Cross Pixel offers search retargeting across all of our categories, and can customize the campaign to your specific keyword targets.

CROSS PIXEL MEDIA, INC. (www.crosspixel.net), a company headquartered in New York ("Cross Pixel"), is the provider of enhanced online ad targeting services that utilize "Cross Pixel Targeting Cookies". Cross Pixel Targeting Cookies provide non-personally identifiable preference information ("Cross Pixel Preference Data") that helps our advertisers display targeted advertising to specific users in the future. Cross Pixel Targeting Cookies are based on standard "cookies" that are created through "pixel tags".
1. COLLECTION OF PREFERENCE DATA
Additionally, Cross Pixel is a member of the Network Advertising Initiative ("NAI") and follows the NAI's Self-Regulatory Principles, which allows a user to opt-out of any or all NAI members' behavioral targeting from a single opt-out page. To find out more, and opt-out of NAI member cookies, click here. We encourage everyone to read the privacy policies of any web site they visit.
We use information collected at various times and by pixel tags and cookies placed on several Web sites in order to deliver our service to advertisers and create a more targeted advertising experience for the user.
As part of its service, Cross Pixel does NOT collect any personally identifiable information from Users. Cross Pixel also does NOT store any personally identifiable information such as name, address, telephone number, social security number or e-mail. As a result, we have no way of tying any of the information we collect back to a particular User.
Some of our Data Providers, Displaying Publishers and Networks may place their own cookies on a user's internet browser outside of the Cross Pixel service; however Cross Pixel has no access to or control over these cookies.
Although some of the data contained in the cookies generated on a user's internet browser is also written to the Cross Pixel database, this is done solely in an aggregate form, for reporting, analysis and accounting purposes with Cross Pixel's clients. Cross Pixel does not obtain or maintain separate data for a given user on its servers.
2. USE OF PREFERENCE DATA
As described above, Cross Pixel stores aggregated data on its servers. We may share such aggregate, non-personal information with Publishers, and Networks in connection with reporting and accounting needs as well as with other unaffiliated third parties for various purposes such as statistical or educational analysis. Cross Pixel does not share non-aggregate (user-level) data. Furthermore, as a member of the NAI, we do not target users on the basis of precise health conditions or treatments. For a full list of our interest segments, click here, then click the "Guest Login" option located at the bottom of the user login area.
We disclose Cross Pixel Preference Data, and information derived from Cross Pixel Preference Data, to our customers in the ordinary course of our business. We indicate to our customers a user's membership within a Preference Data segment at various times. For example, we may tag an anonymous user as a member of a segment when the user views certain Web pages that are operated or controlled by a Data Provider. Our customers may use a user's membership within a segment to display advertisements and other content that are targeted to the user. Our customers may also use third-party service providers, acting on behalf of those customers, to display advertising or other content that reflects a user's membership in a segment. We do not authorize our customers to resell or sublicense Preference Data to third parties.
We may share Cross Pixel Preference Data with third-party service providers (e.g., data storage and processing facilities) in order for those service providers to perform business functions for us or on our behalf.
We may also disclose Cross Pixel Preference Data if we believe that we have a legal obligation to do so.
Cross Pixel policy is to retain our anonymous log file data for up to ninety days. This data is kept in an anonymous form and used for analysis purposes only, not for the delivery of any targeted advertisements or other content.
Also, in the event Cross Pixel is merged into another company, or another company acquires all or substantially all of Cross Pixel 's assets, including, without limitation, in the event of bankruptcy, all data compiled or owned by Cross Pixel may be among the items transferred in that transaction. In such event, all the data will continue to be governed by this Policy.
3. HOW IS OUR INFORMATION SECURED AND PROTECTED?
We maintain reasonable physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards to protect all our data from accidental, unauthorized or unlawful access, use, modification, disclosure, loss, or destruction. The data is kept on a secure server and we restrict access to the data solely to authorized users. No security measures, however thorough, are perfect and there can be no absolute assurance of security and therefore, we cannot and do not offer an absolute guarantee or warrant the security of the information we possess.
4. CHILDREN UNDER 13 YEARS OF AGE
The services of Cross Pixel are not intended for or directed at persons under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly solicit or collect any personally identifiable information including not from children under the age of 13, nor do we market our products or services to children under the age of 13.

Hey, we're hiring!
Do you want to work for a quickly growing Ad-Tech Startup in the heart of Midtown Manhattan? We're looking for awesome people to join our team. Check out our listings below; if you think you're a good fit, let us know! Send your resume to . Hope to hear from you!
That's not easy (some might say inherently contradictory), but we use the best tools on the market and we take the time to do it right. We're looking for talented software developers with a passion for finding the best solution, building it clean, and putting our best foot forward on new and exciting client applications.
Our client back-end is powered by Node.js, and every app gets its own server, so you'll own the whole stack for the components you work on. There's nowhere to hide, but also nothing to slow you down, and you wouldn't have it any other way. Industry best practices are practiced here, but we understand that they're guidelines and not commandments; in fact, we hope you'll contribute back to the community by showing them a better way to build. And at the end of the day, when our partners or your friends browse your source, you'll be proud to take them through the paces.
And if, after proving yourself, you'd like to take a break from client work and play around with mobile apps, high performance servers or hadoop-driven analysis, you'll have that opportunity as well.
Big Data Engineer
We create 2GB of data every hour. In a few months it will be 20, and by this time next year, it will be a terabyte.
Does that idea excite you? If it does, we should talk, because big data is here and we're mining it for gold. And we don't just have the biggest shovel, we know where to dig.
We use a mix of Hadoop & Cassandra to manage our data and a lot of math to make it make sense. We need your help to help wrangle that dataset and make it sing. Since we do our own OPS, you'll share responsibility for the care and feeding of our cluster, and will have partial custody when the other parents are away. (In case of emergency, push the big red button.)
You should have a solid theoretical understanding of algorithmic complexity. Efficiency on this scale is a whole new ball game, so give yourself a little refresher on Big-O analysis before coming in to interview. You should have a knack for clever math. Maybe you were great with problem solving contexts, maybe you did advanced math or physics electives; be it nature or nurture, you have a deep love for numbers and you're not ashamed to admit it.
We expect that we're going to have to teach you most of what you'll need to know, so it's essential that you learn quickly and proactively.
Every day we come to work to play with toys and theories the rest of the world can only write white papers about. Won't you join us?
